Personality: Michiko never has a source of love or attention during her early childhood. Desiring what she lacks in his early life, her dreams of becoming raikage, the village's leader, hoping that it will bring her the villagers' recognition and respect. To assist her in gaining this title, Michiko possesses a fierce determination, always confident she can complete a given task with relative ease. Michiko efforts prove successful as she progresses; many shinobi's reach the conclusion that Michiko will someday be an excellent Hokage. Michiko commonly makes jokes to attract attention, she sometimes transform into a penguin just to hide herself from trouble, she also uses the penguin just to tell others that it was not her fault for the trouble that he caused.
Appearance: Michiko has black hair, black eyes and light peach skin. She wears a colorful tanktop with as thin light pink tanktop underneath but she enjoys dressing as conformable as she can. She believes it makes fighting easier. Michiko has white pants and colorful shoes

A shiver worked its way through Michiko's body as the cold from the damp city seeped into the apartment. The heater was busted, had been for a week, and since Cramina glared at her every time Michiko breached the subject, he had learned to grin and bear it.
Well, more like scowl and curse and bear it, really. At the moment, Michiko's lean frame, hunched inside her soft scaf, gloved fingers clicking away compulsively at her DS. And Cramina was God knows where doing God knows what.
Michiko had learned rather quickly that it was unwise to ask many questions. The first reason was typically the attitude Cramina would give her and the subsequent bad mood they would both be plunged into for the rest of the day. The other was that, most of the time, Michiko simply didn't want to know the answers. The kid had only a faint idea of what Cramina had been up to since their days at Academy and what she knew made her rather ill. The idea of his former best friend, that glowing innocent child with fair hair and the brightest of smiles, living amongst whores, thieves, and murderers was not one Michiko enjoyed entertaining.
Honestly, when Cramina, with half his face missing and her temper duplicated, had come to fetch Michiko at the House after years of silence, the kid was equal parts thrilled and terrified. She wasn't sure exactly what she was going to get in following Cramina, but she knew that she needed to find out. Besides, Michiko would never forgive herself if Cramina died by any criminal's hands and she had done nothing to save her old friend. No. That wasn't an option. They needed each other and whether or not that bond was a good thing only time could tell.
The slam of the apartment's front door makes Michiko jump, but doesn't turn her gaze. She knew it was Cramina and she knew Michiko might possibly hit her if the blond ruined her game. "Hey, welcome home," she says quietly, eyebrows furrowed in concentration as a candy bar dangles from her mouth. The rules between them at this point were askew, unestablished pretty much. They had been close at the Academy and even though Michiko is still the same stupid kid she's always been, she honestly doesn't know where Cramina stands. And that's scary, because Michiko has always known Cramina.
Smirking in response to Cramina's question, Tatsumaki replies, "But of course! You know how I am." With a relieved sigh, Tatsumaki beat his game and, grinning, shut the system down, setting it on the coffee table. Still, his triumphant grin wavers a bit when he catches sight of the troubled look on Cramina's face. "Everything okay, Cramina?" He asks.

History/Bio: Even as an Uchiha Michiko had trouble with some situations when she was a little girl but that didnt stop her from continuing on in life.
Michiko usually hangs out with his two friends, Cramina and John-John. Together, they are known as the "trouble makers of Konoha. She and her teammates constantly try to sneak up on their sensei with poor variations of the Cloak of Invisibility Technique. Michiko biggest influence is her sensei himself, looking up to him as a role model. At various points Michiko and her sensei appear to have common bonds between them, such as use of the Flame jutsu, determination, and a fiery attitude. Michiko was born on April 1st to Hime Uchiha and Ryo Ryudo. Fortunately, Michiko was befriended by his compassionate ninja instructor, a Chunin named Midori. He accepted Michiko and empathized with the girl's desire to be accepted, since he too once had the same desire. He may have been the first person to believe in Michiko , and has made a lasting impact on Michiko herself. With all of her sensei's help she managed to activate her sharingan at such a young age making her so proud of herself. It is through Midori's presence as Michiko's only family figure that Michiko learns to overcome her sadness. As a shinobi Michiko master many types of ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu. She completed many types of difficult missions and manages to become a sensei because she usually dont have any time to teach a couple of little kids. Michiko meets Ankoku for the first time, after she almost got killed by him. After thier battle Michiko promised him that she will be back to defeat him once and for all. M
Michiko currently continues being the some trouble maker and hyper active Girl. She moves on and figures what life has prepared for her.
