Clan's Name: kami

Biography: originating from the village hidden in the rain, this clan was formed from presumably a large group of researchers who had a side passion for books. learning to control the paper upon which they worked took several centuries.

when the village was destroyed the secrets of bibliokinesis were nearly lost. a handful of survivors scattered across the shinobi world, one of them being konan.

the clan came to be known as the kami clan once heirs to the clan's abilities appeared.

Stages: two

Effects: allows the member of the clan to control and manipulate paper, also to turn their own body into paper with a jutsu. the user's body becomes more susceptible to fire and water. fire burns the user more as if the opponents ninjutsu was a rank higher. water will make the user's paper stick together. wind has little to no effect on the user, as well as lightning and earth.

the user can control paper, but only paper that they carry on them. the paper of the kami clan is specially marked with a seal to give them the power to control the paper, the user can only control one to four-hundred-ninety-nine sheets of paper. jutsus up to rank c are accessible.

the user can now control all paper within a few hundred feet of themselves. on top of the clan's paper they can control more of it, using upwards of five hundred sheets at any given time. all jutsus are accesible.
