Basic Weapons/Items list

All weapons marked with an asterisk * are limited to one per purchase. If you want multiples of an asterisk-ed weapon, you must pay the stated cost again for each multiple you take. All other weapons are "bought in bulk": you pay the stated cost once, but can take as many of that weapon as your character can reasonably carry on his person (unless specifically stated otherwise).

Basic Weapons List

Name: Makibishi
Cost: 1
Description: Definitely more of a distraction if anything. Makibishi, also known as caltrops and so on, are small metal tacks that shinobi normally throw on the ground behind them when trying to flee, thus following opponenets step onto the tacks, cutting their feet up. These are easily noticed, but sometimes they can be used to hinder others.

Name: Shuriken
Cost: 2
Description: A basic projectile. Shurikens are star shaped and normally have four points each side. They are sharp and can be used as a basic weapon or even for distracting opponents. A basic ninja accessory. While a kunai can only be thrown in a straight arc, shurikens can for example hit targets around corners.

Name: Shaken
Cost: 2
Description: Various changes to the original shuriken; shaken can come in many shapes, being it either three, five, six or eight sided stars, flat bladed projectiles, and so on.

Name: Senbon Needles
Cost: 2
Description: Normally shinobi choose between senbon needles and kunai. The diffrence is quite obvious. Senbon needles are small and slender, much like long toothpicks, and take quite alot to wary down the opponent, though they are much harder to see and dodge. Senbon are not seen nearly as often, though, because they require much more skill and knowledge for effective use.

Name: Kunai
Cost: 2
Description: One of the most common weapons among shinobi, Kunai are small daggers. They are made of metal and, if they make contact with the target, can be quite painful. Though they are much larger than either of the above three, and thus, are easier to dodge. Mainly, kunai are used as distraction. Kunai are good for both long-distance and close-combat fighting but they can only be thrown in a straight arc.

Name: Bokuto (Wooden Sword)*
Cost: 3
Description: A wooden sword, often used in place of a Katana. A bokuto is often used for training situations. Despite its inability to cut, a bokuto can cause a decent amount of damage if swung with enough force.

Name: Shinai (Bamboo Sword)*
Cost: 2
Description: A further variation of the use of Katana, the Shinai is less of a sword than a bokuto. These weapons are made solely from bamboo, and even the strongest hit cannot to more than leave a bad bruise on an opponent. When bokuto were introduced for training, they ended up still causing a great deal of harm, so Shinai were invented to train warriors in sword arts to eliminate the danger of death entirely.

Name: Ninja Dagger
Cost: 2
Description: A crescent shaped dagger with a blade on both sides, each curved to make the dagger appear in the shape of an 'S'. This weapon is not very lethal, but a handy tool and useful for quick close range damage to the enemy.

Name: Tanto*
Cost: 2
Description: A relatively short sword, enabling the user swift movement. The tanto is mostly used as a sword for defense, not capable of fencing on long range with a larger sword, and should be handled as such.

Name: Scalpel
Cost: 2
Description: Usually a tool for surgeons and medic-nin, a scalpel can act as an improvised weapon by those skilled in its use. While a scalpel is about as long as a senbon needle, the blade itself is only an inch long, though razor sharp. A scalpel can be thrown, but cannot pierce as far as a senbon or kunai.

Name: Throwing Daggers
Cost: 2
Description: Your average throwing daggers, only slighter smaller than a kunai. Made of hardened steel, the handle contains small holes for easier throwing. The daggers are all contained in a holster which contains a fair number of them. These are less useful for close range combat, but also harder to see after being thrown than a kunai.

Items List

Name: Seeds
Cost: 1
Description: Most Grass nin and some Stone nin need seeds for their jutsus so they carry around pouches or small bags of seeds wherever they go. This can assist them with various jutsu that they may have.

Name: Explosive pouches
Cost: 2
Description: Pretty similar to, but weaker than, the explosive tags. Explosive pouches are tiny bags containing explosive powder and have a small hook on them. These pouched are roughly the size of a golf ball. They can discretely be attached on an enemy or surface without them noticing anything until its too late. The explosion they cause is very small and does not hurt the enemy much but will stun them severely.

Name: Strings
Cost: 1
Description: Thin wires, nearly invisible to the untrained eye, these strings are used for various purposes. Quite sturdy and powerful, they however can easily be cut, but, in turn, can used as a weapon.

Name: Scrolls
Cost: 1
Description: Another basic item. Scrolls are used for various things such as containing, sealing, summoning, and simply containing lessons on jutsu inside them. Beyond being useful for writing on, scrolls may also contain the excess items needed for projectile ninjutsu and may even be used to seal and summon other items in a character's inventory.

Name: Sealing Tags
Cost: 1
Description: Another basic item. They are used for various things such as containing, sealing, and summon. Their use is not very renowned and thus only particular shinobi use them, because, for the most part, scrolls are more effective. Also, their use is seen outside the shinobi world as well.

Name: Bells
Cost: 1
Description: A basic item really, which purpose has been altered to a ninja's purpose. Bells are often used by sound shinobi, tied to senbon needles, and thus used to fake the opponent. Basically, when a needle with a bell attached is thrown, the opponent dodges, but then the user begins throwing ones without bells along with the ones with bells, and the opponent will not dodge the needle, since he dosent hear the bell. A very old technique really, most notice it on sight.

Name: Bandages
Cost: 1
Description: Bandages can vary from simply covering wounds to having detailed kanji drawn out upon them to amplify ones healing speed. Again, mainly wielded by medical specialist, Bandages hold many everyday uses.

Breathing Apparatus
Rating: 2
A simple device that fits over the mouth of the user. It can partially scrub tainted air to provide the user protection from gases and poisons, affording the user a few extra minutes of precious air. Its most important use is specifically for allowing breathing under water. This comes in several styles. The device seems to be a favorite of water specialist Cloud, Rain and Mist nins

Communication Unit
Rating: 1
The basic communications device, the frequencies can be changed at the drop of the dime, but due to its simplicity anyone can tune into the broadcasts. Certain Frequencies have been known to actually be charged with chakra for high security between ANBU units. Attaches to the ear with a small microphone extending towards the mouth.

False Death Pill
Rating: 2
A fast acting pill that simulates a heart attack and then death. Rather the user is put into a coma that lasts five days down to the minute where the final part of the pill is digested with a special stimulation drug that lasts for one day allows the user to move as if in perfect health(One day only). If the counter drug isn’t taken within an hour of the sixth day’s end they will possibly die or at the very least permanently injured as the body is poisoned by the drug. This pill is only activated by chakra, that chakra must be channeled into the stomach after swallowing (to prevent abuse by others.)

Name: Hooks
Cost: 1
Description: Many small hooks, like those used for fishing. They are very sharp and have a variety of uses.

Name: Replacement Doll*
Requirements: Kawarimi no Jutsu
Rating: 2
Description: A small doll, about 4 feet tall, made of a somewhat strong leather, that is normally in a deflated state. A small amount of chakra pumped into the deflated doll inflates it for up to three posts. The doll has no powers whatsoever and can be destroyed with some effort. Primary use for the doll is an object to use with Kawarimi no Jutsu when there is nothing around to switch with. The doll can be used 4 times in a thread unless it gets damaged so that it cannot inflate

Kugutsu Kuchiyose Makimono
Item Requirements: Puppeteer Tree, Puppet, Ninjutsu Tree
Item Rating: 2
Description: A few puppeteers seem to have multiple puppets, and therefore cannot carry them all at once. At this point the user must using a summoning skill to gain their puppets. However, since it’s a rather simple Kuchiyose, only the scroll seems to be needed, as no contract is signed with the puppets initially, as they belong to the user. The user opening the scroll(s), performs the infamous seals for the rare technique, Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram, and performs the technique. Then the corrresponding puppet is summoned.
---
Rules:
*Cannot use puppet in the same post that it is summoned.
*Cannot use if the puppet being summoned has been present in the thread previously, or in other words using this as a mode of transportation.
*Can only be summoned on inanimate objects.

Name: Shinobi Shuko (Ninja Cat Claws)
Cost: 2
Description: A climbing tool designed to be worn on the hands, being small leather strap connected around the wrists. The claws enable ninjas to climb walls and trees and can be used for self defense.

Name: Shinobi Ashiko (Foot Spikes)
Cost: 2
Description: A row of four spikes that can be worn on sandals, strapped around the foot. They help ninjas to climb walls and trees and can be used for self defence.

Name: Explosive Tags
Cost: 4
Description: An add-on to kunai, though it could be added to a variety of things. Explosive tags are papers with seals inscribed upon them that, when making contact or upon the user's will, causes the seal to errupt and explode, damaging all the surronding. The blast radius is large, and if struck, and opponent would most definitely be severly injured.

Name: Gas Grenade
Cost: 3
Description: A bigger, heavier yet more effective gas weapon than the smoke bomb. It is a small metal canister that contains thick black smoke. When the pin is pulled out, it detonates after a few seconds. The smoke coming out from the grenade covers a larger area and lasts longer than the standard smoke bomb.

Name: Smoke Bombs
Cost: 2
Description: More common than the poisonous bomb, yet still hardly used. A smoke bomb makes a veil of smoke appear from its contents, making the opponent, unable to find you. Though, the same effect lies on yourself. This is really used to catch opponents off guard and get in some extra attacks.

Name: Gourd/Container*
Cost: 1 for small, 3 for large
Description: Simply a container to hold something a shinobi requires to fight. It could also be used to hold water for Mist shinobi, sand for a Sand shinobi, or even clay for a Stone shinobi. Its up to the user, really. These gourds come in two varieties, small which are useful for holding liquids and typically attached to the user via a belt at their waist. The large gourds are typically worn on the back, which can hold vastly more material.

Name: Kaginawa
Cost: 2
Description: An iron grappling hook on a long rope. Useful for climbing and apprehension.

Name: Flash Bang
Cost: 3
Description: Another rare item, used mainly by Nara's this time. The light flash, also referred to as the light bang is basically a large ball, that, when on impact, creates a massive light that blinds opponents. Naturally its advantages are obvious, though in the hands of a Nara, one could easily manipulate their shadow to any form. Quite a useful item indeed.

Name: Ointments
Cost: 3
Description: Ointments hold many variations. Many are used to quicken ones healing or to sooth pain. Really, these are normally carried by medical specialist, but one may carry them for just an emergencey.

Name: Soldier Pills
Cost: 6
Description: One of the more common pills. A soldier pill is said to allow a ninja to battle for three days and three nights straight. Though in truth their effects are not as significant, their ability to restore a users stamina still make them an extremely useful item on the battlefield. While this does allow the user to gain a short stamina boost, it cannot go beyond human limits. Taking two soldier pills within an hour of each other is dangerous, and taking a third may cause death.

Name: Calligraphy Brush and Ink
Cost: 1
Description: A regular calligraphy brush with a container of black ink. Without the techniques for it its only use is at a writing instrument.

Name: Suture Kit
Requirements: None, though a medical archetype is most effective.
Cost: 1
Description: A simple kit of threads and needles, used to manually close a wound. While this is very painful for the person being sewed up, it is also sometimes necessary to save their life. Also, since the wound is made smaller from this jutsu, it becomes easier to heal with a Chiyute skill. Suturing, however, is fairly slow and meticulous, so it will usually take a number of minutes (2-3 posts) to totally seal a large wound.

Name: Chloroform
Requirements: None, though a medical archetype is most effective.
Cost: 3
Description: A simple anesthetic drug in clear, liquid form. Though toxic if overdosed, it can be inhaled through a rag or similar object to knock a person it. Such is very useful to perform field surgery if the user has no knowledge of how to use a scalpel of chakra. It can also be used by an offensive medical nin to knock out an opponent. The duration in which the person is knocked out can be anywhere from 3 posts to the end of the thread, at the recipient's discretion.

Name: Aspirin Pills
Requirements: None, though a medical archetype is most effective.
Cost: 2
Description: These pills are similar to that of a soldier pill, as in they work very quickly going through a person’s system. Being chakra enhanced, these pills remove the pain from all superficial injuries, as well as cuts, bruises, et cetera. However, they can only weaken the pain caused from larger wounds, and some pains like the Medic Nin’s Shinkeitsuu are so powerful that these pills will take no effect. The effects of these pills last for around 3-4 posts.

Name: Novocain
Requirements: None, though a medical archetype is most effective.
Cost: 3
Description: Novocain is a drug similar to an aspirin pill, but much stronger. Instead of ingested, this needs to be injected into the recipient, at the area where they are feeling pain. This drug will not only stop the pain, but completely deaden the nerves. This deadening lasts quite some time (around 7 posts or so), so it is ill advised that the recipient fight if something like their leg was just shot up with it. This drug is useless in combat, as it must be slowly, carefully injected.

Name: Smelling Salt
Cost: 1
Description: Usually in small chunks, this material has such a strong, foul odor that it can and will break a person out of an unconcious state (like such caused by chloroform). In order for this to work, the user must hold the salt in front of a person's nose for about 3 seconds, the salt not even an inch away. It will, however, take a rather horrible effect on a person who is awake, as its stench is extremely horrible and hard to remove from the nose. Note that holding this with you makes you much easier to track by scent.

Normal Weapons List

Name: Double-Edged Kunai
Cost: 3
Description: A special kunai that has sharp edges on both sides of the handle. The extra blade makes the weapon less good for throwing and is primarily meant to be used in close combat.

Name: Razor Wire
Cost: 2
Description: Simple yet deadly, razor wire is string designed to be sharp enough to easily cut through flesh. Razor Wire, like string, is relatively easy to break. However, direct contact with the skin (assuming any force is exerted on the wire by the body) will cut into the skin and could, if placed correctly, prove lethal.

Name: Shakuhachi (Bamboo Flutes)
Cost: 1
Description: Flutes are known to be a common musical instrument, though, in the hands of one skilled in genjutsu it can become a deadly weapon. A well known example being Tatuya of the sound. This unique weapon holds many powerful techniques and with it a powerful summon. Indeed, one willing to take the time to learn and master this weapon, could hold quite a powerful force within their very hands.

Name: Bolas
Cost: 2
Description: Two to four small but heavy balls attached together by thick leather ropes. When spun at high velocities and released they can be a terrifying weapon. Because of their style its rare that a person will be hit directly by any of the balls. Rather the ropes hit the target to knock them to the ground. While the target is falling, the increase in speed tying around the target’s body (wherever they hit).

Name: Bola Net*
Cost: 4
Description: Similar to normal bolas, these weapons can be shot out of a cannon, fired from a cross bow or, if the user is strong enough, thrown by hand. When thrown, they expand on four balls where their heavy weight will pull down any targets caught in the width of the net. The net is generally about 5x5 feet

Name: Sansaku Boukire (Walking Stick)*
Requirements: Puppeteer Archetype
Cost: 5
Description: A simple jointed puppet that stands three feet high and who’s arms consist of kunai blades. Do to their similarity to a stick figure, they earned the nickname “walking stick.” They are easily destroyed, but a puppeteer can easily control twice as many of these “toys” as they could normal puppets.

Do to the complexity of controlling normal puppets on top of the Sansaku Boukire, one couldn't control more then one normal puppet while controlling any Sansaku Boukire (So you can control 1 normal puppet and 2 Sansaku Boukire at the chuunin level, but you could not control 2 Normal puppets and 2 Sansaku Boukire at the jounin level).
(Limits: Chuunin - 1 normal puppet and two "walking sticks; Jounin - 1 puppet and 4 "walking sticks".)

Name: Katars
Cost: 4 (cost for two)
Description: Katars are a well-known weapon most often used by quick-striking assassins. The weapon itself consists of a triangular blade up to 2.5 feet in length, but commonly no more than two feet. The Short side of the triangle is affixed to a crossbar, which is attached to the ends of two straight poles that run the length of the user's forearm. Additionally, there is an additional crosspiece for the user to grip the weapon by. Finally, around where the user's wrist is, there is a cloth strap that encircles the arm to keep the weapon in place (see picture, I realize this description doesn't make much sense).

Name: Tessen (Fans)
Cost: 4
Description: Another strange, yet useful weapon, example being Teamri of the Sand. She was able to control a vast list of wind jutsus at her disposal, using the sheer force of her massive fan to create the wind needed. Fans range from small to large, and usually have some form of design on them. One large fan or a number of smaller fans can be held.

Name: Ninja Boomerang
Cost: 3
Description: Appearing like a simple flat piece of metal bent at the middle, this weapon can be quite deadly in the hands of a shinobi. Its edge is often razor sharp, and the ability for it to return the same way as it flew can make it ideal for surprise attacks.

Name: Fukiya (Blow Gun)
Cost: 3
Description: Usually just a wooden or metal pipe, these blowguns, varying in length between 3 inches and 20 inches, are used to blow air into one side, so a dart will shoot out at the other side. Darts itself can be drenched in poison, or simply be sharp. Eitherway, this is a very lethal weapon if used by a pro.

Name: Muchi (Whip)*
Cost: 4
Description: A long type of leather whip with hard covered handle, these weapons can be of minimum 3 feet length, and maximum of 15 feet, rolled up. The longer it is, the harder it can it, but the more difficult and slow it is to pull back out of an attack again. The most powerful types of whips are capable of cutting flesh and bone, even, and are usually accompanied by a hook or blade on the end point.

Name: Metaru Muchi*
Cost: 5
Description: A chain whip made of titanium which is 50% lighter and 30% stronger than steel. A chain whip is less flexible than a leather whip but it is much harder for the enemy to cut or destroy it.

Name: Sai
Cost: 3 (For Each)
Description: Trident-shaped daggers, each of the three points capable of dealing major damage. Usually, these weapons are handled in duals, and held either between the knuckles or simply at the handles, accompanied by a quick, hard hitting fist style that makes the sai appear as hand claws. Sais are primarily meant to be used as stabbing weapons and are less good for cutting and slashing. The trident shape makes the weapon good to catch swords with.

Name: Kama
Cost: 4 for each
Description: A one foot long wooden handle with a curved blade on the top. The shape of Kamas reminds of pickaxes. Not only are Kamas deadly weapons in close combat, but are also good throwing weapons and tools to climb with. They are twice as deadly when used as a pair.

Name: Kakute
Cost: 3 for each
Description: The Kakute are rings with a small spike on them that were dipped in poison. The rings could be made out of metals, and tempered wood. The ninja would quietly strangle enemies with the ring stuck in their neck. It's far less messy then using a sword, and leaves very little evidence on how the victim died. (Poison must be bought separately.)

Name: Harmonics Glove
Cost: 2 (for each)
Requirements: Sound Shinobi
Description: The harmonics glove appears as a single large arm guard. The interior is hollow, and the surface porous, designed in such a way as to promote the amplification and spread of sound waves for use in sound ninjutsu. The vibrations of air in the glove form into powerful sound waves that quickly reach to the opponent's eardrums, potentially causing nausea and disorientation.

Name: Arm Cannons
Cost: 5 (both arms)
Requirements: Sound Shinobi
The arm cannons, or Zankuuha cannons, are rather unique weapons. They consist of a pair of long barrels inserted into the arms, for the purpose of channeling air through chakra use. They are incredibly painful to install, since the arms must be cut open, and anesthetic is unavailable. However, the ninjutsu that they allow one to use are proportionally powerful. Due to low availability of parts to manufacture and maintain these weapons, as well as the grueling process of installing them, they are fairly rare.

Name: Neko-te
Cost: 3 (both hands)
Description: The Neko-te were usually used by the kunoichi (female ninja). The weapon is strong iron fingernails that were fastened into leather bands fitted on the fingers, and resembled claws (not like that of of the shuko ashiko) and were also dipped in poisons. The eyes were a favorite spot for slashing. (Poison must be bought separately.)

Name: Knuckle Hand Blades
Cost: 4 (for a pair)
Description: These are probably easiest referred to as brass knuckles, or in this case iron knuckles, yet a long blade extends from the side of it as well. Though it requires alot of close range action. This weapon is ideal for users who specialize in Taijutsu.

Name: Fuuma Shurikens
Cost: 3
Description: Fuuma shurikens vary quite a bit, one of the most famous being the Evil Wind Shuriken used by the Uchiha. Fuuma shurikens are simply, over sized shurikens. Though one would presume they are large, and thus, more damaging, due to their size they are quite easily dodged, though they make quite a useful distraction, and sometimes, a useful weapon if used correctly.

Name: Tonfas
Cost: 4 (for a pair)
Description: Tonfa, in one form or another, have been around since the inception of martial arts. A typical Tonfa might be a flat cut, or circular cut wood plank, about 24 inches in total length, with a handle projecting perpendicular, several inches in from one of the ends.

Name: Ninja-to*
Cost: 4
Description: A sword made of scrap metal, it is easily as useful as a katana, but, unfortunately, less balanced in use, making it less suited for defensive techniques.

Name: Wakizashi*
Cost: 4
Description: A sword of just below average length, balanced between offensive and defensive use. A wakizashi is mostly carried as a secondary weapon along with a katana, and is oftenly used for rites of seppuku. It possessed a better range than the Tanto, but is still not as long as a Katana.

Name: Spears*
Cost: 5
Description: Another common weapon in the shinobi world. Spears can be everything from the basic staff with a metal pike at the end, to a extremely long sword. They vary quite a bit, and require much more work to master than a normal sword, so most tend to stray from them, however, they give quite alot of range to those willing to take the time to master them, and can prove quite a powerful force if used correctly.

Name: Three Section Staff*
Cost: 5
Description: Three iron or wooden poles, each about 14 inches long, connected by 3 or 4 inch long small chains. This is a lethal bashing weapon, capable of causing severe damage to the enemy.

Name: Kodachi*
Cost: 5
Description: A rather rare hybrid as far as weaponry is concerned, in length the Kodachi is a cross between the Wakizashi and the Katana, or about halfway between both swords in other words. While a one handed weapon it is still unsuited to being a true reserve weapon because of its size, and the length still isn’t enough to match it offensively with a Katana. Because of its odd size however, the blade is quick and easy to wield and its length is still long enough to be useful is a true battle. Because of this the Kodachi has been named by many as the sword that is a shield for this ability to block easily.

Name: Kusarigama*
Cost: 6
Description: A term used for various weapon pieces combined by a chain. In this case, we speak of Kusari Kama, connecting a long stick to a sickle with a long chain. The chain can be fitted inside the stick to make it function as a regular hand scythe.

Name: Chigiriki*
Cost: 6
Description: This weapon is a 2 foot long straight stick, with a two and one half foot chain attached to the top with a ball with spikes. This weapon is considered to be the japanese morning star. The chain could be fitted in side the stick like the Kusarigama, and used as a mace.

Name: Shoge*
Cost: 6
Description: The Shoge is a chain with a hooked knife attached to one end and a ring attached to another. The shoge has many different uses.
The tool comes with a long chain that can choke about ten people at one time. A shoge can be used as a knife to stabb, cut or slash the enemy. The hook can be used to make horrible wounds. The chain and ring can be wrappped around the neck of the enemy and used to help off balance or trip the enemy.

Name: Bow and Arrows
Cost: 4
Description: A weapon hardly seen in the shinobi world. Though they are rarely used, one is promised a safe distance from their opponent, as long as they can aim and strike properly. Basic arrows are included with the weapon, but there are additional expansions on the arrows that can be found as well.

Name: Manriki*
Cost: 6
Description: Two rods the length of a man's lower arm, tied together with a 2 feet long chain. This weapon, much alike an extended nunchaku, is very hard to handle in the field.

Name: Oobaga (Scythes)*
Cost: 6
Description: This weapon is the bigger and longer version of the single handed scythe. Usually held by 2 hands, this weapon is prominent for its range and hooking ability. This is also the legendary weapon of the Shinigami.

Name: Yari*
Cost: 6
Description: A typical spear of five feet length, the yari usually has a chain inside the handle, making it a powerful bladed whip on sudden surprising moments. The blade is about 1 foot long.

Name: Nunchaku
Cost: 6 (for both)
Description: Simply put, these are two sticks with a rope or chain in the middle. Mostly used in pairs, these weapons deliver heavy bashing damage, but should not be taken lightly by the user; many a nunchaku using rookie has been hit by his own weapon...

Name: Bo/Staff*
Cost: 5
Description: A long slender pole that is used in fighting. Quite often the mark of someone adept at melee combat concentrated at somewhat longer rangers. A bo/staff can be made out of anything from simple wood to complex steel.

Name: Sharpened Bamboo Staff*
Cost: 6
Description: Hardened, treated bamboo has become extremely sturdy and hard to break. Completely hollow with sharp tip, stabbing a person with this can cause continious bleeding without a chance of it clotting on its own. As long as it remains inside the target, this will allow free flowing of the bodily fluids through its hollow center.

Name: Futaoogama (Dual Single Handed Scythes)
Cost: 6(both)
Description: These simple scythes are the very same scythes that are used to harvest in the fields. These scythes are usually used by wheat and rice farmers. However, a creative jounin by the name of Karite Futabaga created a scythe fighting technique that are both deadly and swift.

Name: Katana*
Cost: 6
Description: The well known long sword, used as both offensive and defensive tool. It is the most used sword type of all, and seen in many various styles.

Name: Wheels
Cost: 6 (both)
Description: One of the more unique styles that have grown to be quite famous as of late. Literally circular wheels with sharp blades around them, the most common style among the wheels is the Shikon no Kuruma. A very unique and deadly style indeed.

Name: Nodachi*
Cost: 7
Description: A powerful long sword, with the capabilities of a spear and the foundation of a sword. While very hard to handle and relatively slow in use, this excellent weapon is lethal beyond compare.

Name: Naginata*
Cost: 7
Description: An extremely long spear, powerful in use, and, thanks to it's balanced outline, quick to use, on the contrary to regular spears. The naginata normally is shaped like a halberd, it's tip more of a dager than it would be a simple spiked triangular point.

Name: Ono (Battle Axe)*
Cost: 8
Description: A 4 feet long staff with a heavily sized blade on top, these are the asian battle axes. Easily capable of bashing through castle gates, slam down complete horses, and so on. To wield this heavy weapon, though, one has to be of great physical size and power.

Name: Cleaver sword*
Cost: 9
Description: A massive type of sword that is often seen being used by Mist Swordsmen. The blade is almost 6 feet long and very thick and broad, making the sword very heavy and hard to carry and swing. However, by sacrificing speed and agility, the Cleaver sword gains tremendous cutting power to easily cut anything that comes in its path, whether it is humans or swords makes no difference. Parrying a Cleaver Sword is almost impossible as the opponent’s blade will most definitely break. The broad blade also offers the sword to be used as a shield against projectiles.
Note: Characters with lower Strength will have trouble using this weapon.

Poisons

These are various poisons that may be applied to various weapons, or in some instances used on their own. Weapons mentioning poisons in their description require the poisons to be bought seperately to be used with the item in question.

Name: Hallucinogenic Poison
Cost: 3
Description: One of the few poisons that can be administered either through inhalation, or via injection, likely through cuts delivered by poison coated weapons. This poison in sufficient doses can cause blurring of vision, and in severe cases even mild hallucinations which can vary between victims. Several glancing cuts from a kunai or other item coated with this poison can be enough to cause blurring of vision, but direct unguarded strikes can cause it almost immediately. The poison may also be released in a gaseous form from small glass vials, however prolonged exposure is required in order for it to have any significant effect, and even then they will likely take longer to produce symptoms. Effects usually dissapear after three posts.

Name: Lingering Poison
Cost: 4
Description: This poison must be introduced into the bloodstream specifically, but only a small amount is necessary for its effects to be felt. The poison often takes several minutes to work, but once it does the target will feel a rapid increase in body temperature, followed by an intense feeling of nausea. This is generally the peak of the symptoms seen, though the high temperature will often cause the target to sweat intensely and can lead to dizziness if steps aren't taken to avoid dehydration. This poison isn't life threatening, nor is it so debilitating that one may be incapable of fighting, but the effects linger for a great deal of time. In cases of significant exposure it can take up to two days for the effects to subside, though bouts of nausea can continue for up to a week in some instances.

Name: Lethal Poison
Cost: 7
Description: As the name suggests this particular poison is made solely for killing. Even a small amount of this poison can be enough to kill a person, though the speed at which it works is greatly dependant on how much a person is exposed to. With a large degree of exposure (such as a poison coated kunai being shoved into your stomach), death can result in a matter of minutes if no help is recieved, but glancing strikes require substantially greater time to kill, often between two - five hours. This particular lethal poison is considered a good one for use in assasinations purely because the target will often fall unconcious before dying, and any trace of it quickly dissapears within six hours of the targets death, as such it can often make a persons death appear to be of natural causes. Additionally the poison may be introduced orally, though its efficacy is somewhat lessened, often requiring the users entire supply of poison (one small glass vial) be used, resulting in death between 5 minutes and 1 hour, the time varying between targets.

This poison can only be used once a thread. Permission from the victim's owner must also be given.
